Report a 学生的行为 Violation

Student conduct violations are behaviors that include, but are not limited to, 酒精, 行为不检, 药物, 被欺侮, 骚扰, 身体暴力, or other violations of university policies, 规定, 或规则. General classroom misbehavior is considered a student conduct violation, as well. To report all student misconduct, (including violations of policy related to COVID-19), please use our online 学生的行为 Incident Reporting Form.

Report an 学术诚信 Violation

The 学术诚信 reporting form is used to report all acts of academic dishonesty. Academic Dishonesty takes place when student engages in acts that obtain an unfair academic advantage. These violations include cheating, 剽窃, unauthorized collaboration, aiding in the academic dishonesty of others, or falsifying data, 记录, and information related to the university.  To report all academic dishonesty acts, please use the 学术诚信 Violation Report Form.

Report Discrimination, Harassment, Dating/Domestic Violence, or Sexual Misconduct

Violations of 基督教社会联盟’s policies against discrimination or 骚扰 include dating/domestic violence, 跟踪, and sexual misconduct/assault, as well as discrimination and 骚扰 on the basis of age, disability (physical and mental), 性别(或性), gender identity (including transgender), 性别表达, genetic information, 婚姻状况, 医疗条件, 国籍, race or ethnicity (including color or ancestry), religion (or religious creed), sexual orientation, 性别刻板印象, and veteran or military status. The 学生的行为 Office works with the 第九条办公室 to address these concerns. To make a report, please use the 第九条 & Discrimination Reporting Form.

Report Concerning, Worrisome, or Threatening Behaviors

Faculty, staff, students, and guests are encouraged to use the online referral form to report behavior that they perceive as concerning, worrisome, or threatening. Refer a Student in Need

基督教社会联盟DH has a Basic Needs program which includes access to emergency housing, 托罗食品储藏室, and the student health services on campus. To refer a student facing any food and/or housing insecurity issues, please use the online Basic Needs Referral Form.

Request Basic Needs Assistance

Students who are experiencing housing or food insecurities can request assistance by using our online Student Emergency Self-Referral Request Form to self-report information about their situation.
